  • Assistance resolving outstanding issues & settling disputes out of court
  • Meets requirement for court‑ordered mediation in Colorado

    • Certificate of Compliance (if Mediation is court‑ordered)
    • Documents can be prepared after mediation for an additional fee

Additional time is often required to fully mediate a family law dispute. If more time is needed, additional sessions can be scheduled after the initial 2-hour mediation, or parties can reserve additional time when they schedule their mediation. If additional time is reserved, the parties will only pay for time actually used during their session.

Many divorce and family law cases can be fully mediated in 8 hours or less, saving significant time and costs compared to the expense and uncertainty of going to court. Please contact us if you would like to book a mediation session or have questions about mediation.
